2014 POLAR HERO Montreal Winter Obstacle Race
Debuting on February 22, 2014, Polar Hero Montreal was the first event in the two-race Polar Hero winter obstacle race series, with one event to follow in Quebec City on March 15th, 2014. The obstacles were quite basic and featured about 10 walls to climb, a tire to pull, a snow filled bucket to carry and a rope to climb horizontally with your back against the snow. The most difficult element of the race was the snow which made the flat 5k course feel as if you were running uphill the entire time.
